Applicants’ can not have any violent charges on their record, can not be a sex offender, and can not have any felonies that are under 5 years old.
Applicants can not have any evictions or owe money to a landlord or utility companies.
Applicants’ must have at least a year of rental history or we will automatically ask for a double deposit.
Renting from family or friends does not count as rental history.
